Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management etc
• Manage attendance records and other employment related records and database
• Calculate sales commission and prepare monthly payroll reports
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Perform general office administration
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources function
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/ ordinances
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties
• Self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Working in Fotan, Shatin
