Requirements

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in western fine dining restaurant, hotels or clubs.
• Good customer service skills ,polite and confident
• Enthusiastic, hardworking , self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Wine knowledge would be an advantage
• 6 days working on shift
• Immediate available is preferable

Established in 1904, the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) is a private members’ club and is one of the leading sporting clubs in Hong Kong.
