The incumbent of this position is responsible for executing purchasing watch movements demands received from completed watches suppliers and manage watch movements distributions and deliveries.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

Purchasing

• Manage the movement demands of CW suppliers in carrying out the daily tasks
• Create purchase orders to movement suppliers
• Follow-up order acknowledgements
• Work with movement supplier to achieve lead time reduction
• Maintain accurate supplier portfolio
• Maintain data quality in SAP (Lead time, Info records, Outstanding PO Qty…)
• Assist to maintain CW info records in SAP
• Regular review movements supply vs demand situations

Distribution and payment settlement

• Give movements delivery instructions and coordination
• Coordinate/Validate CW suppliers credit notes to Finance team
• Maintain inventory transactions in SAP

Supplier Contact

• Daily movement suppliers contact

Administration

• Provide meeting reports for all movement suppliers meetings to Senior Manager, Business Analysis

Reporting

• Provide movements supply situation simulation (supply vs demand) report on a regular schedule.
  

Job Specifications

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing or Supply Chain
• Knowledge in SAP Purchasing modules is preferable
• Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing and sourcing, preference in watch industries
• Good language skills in, Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Good negotiation and communication skills
