Job Function:

1.  Product development

- Advance product quality planning

- Failure mode and effect analysis

- Measurement system assessment

- Facilitate mold tool trial package

- Process and product validation

- Drive problem-solving

- International safety standard and requirement compliance

2.  Supplier evaluation, selection and control

- Supplier audit

- Raw material inspection

- Supplier return handling

- Supplier corrective actions follow up

3. Assist QA Manager to handle customer and in-process complaints

Requirements:

-Degree or above in Pure Science, Applied Science, or Engineering.

-4 years or above experience in quality control or quality assurance.

-Familiar with AQL, SPC, ISO or other quality systems. Six-sigma knowledge will be an advantage.

-Pro-active, self-motivated and analytical on problem solving.

-Well knowledge in statistic, quality control tools.

-Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
