Job Duties:

• Station at Shenzhen and Reporting to General Manager (Marketing)
• Develop a sustainable strategic business plan and execute business development through the authorized distribution channel to end customer
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for different regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• To acquire, screen and recommend potential distributors into national distributorship pool
• Support talent development to ensure competency enhancement for both regional sales team and distributors
• Build a dynamic market intelligence system to monitor competitors activities, Government policies, tender information and business information etc.
• Responsible for Government tender project and bidding process
• Plan Marcom activities to liaise with Marketing communication manager to promote brand image through direct or indirect channel
• Liaise with various stakeholders to handle business order and rolling forecast
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline
• Over 5 years solid working experience in business development (Distributors) or marketing experience, experience in China pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Mature, Independent and self-motivated
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin
• A good team player, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
