This position overseas Media logistics service - Channel Services, Client Services and Media logistics. Lead & manage the team of Media logistic in maintaining of incoming/outgoing contents across our regions/platforms. Liaison with client departments in building feasible workflow for ad hoc and new projects. Manage and oversee the current media materials workflow; distribution and trafficking of contents with external language dubbing vendors and syndication/mobile/VOD/interactive client affiliates. Assist management to devise long term development strategy and staff development. Supervise subordinates by providing daily coordination on the logistics of language dubbing, as well as standard and practice operations when necessary

Job Responsibilities:

Staff Management

• Maintains a budget and tracks trends and provides forecasts for future needs and issues for the Media logistics Department.
• Responsible for hiring, training and supervising staff who manage the Media Library & Logistics department. Be responsible for the overall morale of the department.

Client Services

• Be the single point of contact for all media logistics related matters, working with internal and external customers, maintaining a good working relationship and have a Client Services focus.
• Attend meetings concerning the operations of the department.

 Media Logistics

• Manages the coordination of all incoming and outbound content as well as overseeing workflows to support operational and technical efficiencies and productivity in the department.
• Works with the Supervisor of Media Logistics in the allocation of work orders, media processing, ensuring delivery timelines are met and oversee file base delivery standards from out-of-house production and distribution facilities.

Skills & Experiences:

• 8 years experience in TV programme library/operation or media management with at least 3 years in senior/supervising capacity.
• Knowledge of tape and file formats and equipment, knowledge or technical specification and needs
• Relationships with outside vendors / Broadcast media exp.
• Team management experience
• Knowledge in Media Asset Management or media policy development.
• Ability to direct and supervise staff on multi tasks, project management
•   Meticulous on details, well-organized, self-starter.
• Must have a good working relationship with both internal and external customers and be customer focused
• Problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
