Job Description
Operation assistant
Job Duties
- Support sales team in processing advertisement booking order, collecting ad materials and following up ad hoc projects
- Liaise with publishers on ad materials, voucher copies and invoices etc.
- Assist to monitor printing operation
- Arrange production schedules
- Liaison with different parties to ensure timely shipment delivery
- Prepare shipping document for finished products
- Perform ad-hoc relevant duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- F.6 or above ; with work experience in printing industry is a plus
- Hands-on MS office applications knowledge
- Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Responsible self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Attentive to details; smart and with good organizational skill
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 2-3 years marketing experience in handing execution work on all communication materials
- Candidate with experience on digital on-line marketing will be an advantage
- Experience in ATL & BTL execution
- Strong project management, brand communication and agency management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
