Duties

• Liaise with clients and receive instructions for cases which include Intellectual Property (IP) Commercial Enquiries (due diligence, background checks, asset checking, screening
• Prepare written proposals based on the case objectives
• Instruct and oversee cases, liaising with the researchers, report writers, case managers and investigators to ensure a high quality investigation and that case objectives met

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar business or with a law enforcement or disciplined body
• Responsible, enthusiastic, motivated and energetic
• Analytical, detail orientated and organized
• Cheerful, team player, ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
