Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Proactively perform outbound warm calls to selected customers and handle inbound calls as and when required
-Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits
-Provide high quality services and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards
Job Requirements:
-Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
-1 year or above experience in customer services is an advantage
-Outgoing, detail-oriented, initiative and hardworking
-Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
-Fresh graduates with good communication skills will be considered
