Work Location: San Po Kong

Responsibilities: 
• Handling general enquiries, visitors and incoming calls 
• General office administration works and purchasing duties 
• Handling sales orders, with payment follow up, invoice processing and data entry
• Handle & update employee holiday & benefits, and general HR duties
• Generate periodical sales reports
• Ad-hoc job duties as assigned 


Requirements:
• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Good telephone skills, sales support and office administration experience
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good Command of Cantonese and basic conversational English
