Responsibilities:

• Report to the Logistics Manager
• 3-5 years of working experience in the trading business especially export to EU from Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, etc.
• Proactively monitor/track and handle customer shipment routing requests
• Create & develop innovative ways of streamlining the operating process with guidelines of requirements and goals
• Provide support to customer logistic teams as needed and interact with other departments to respond to their needs
• Resolve customer & supplier problems & complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly statistics

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of logistics related experience
• Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and constant deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office especially Outlook and Excel
• Mature and able to oversees daily logistic activities
• Good communication skill in English, Mandarin and/or other foreign language
