Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts of intent-trading companies independently;
• Supervise account clerk for month-end closing procedures;
• Prepare monthly AR ageing reports and contact customers for payments;
• Prepare monthly BS & PL schedules, sales & cost analysis to accounting manager for consolidation;
• Prepare monthly cash flow report, arrange fund transfer and payments to vendors;
• Maintain daily accounting functions and co-ordinate between HK office and PRC factories;
• Calculate quarterly sales report and commission schedules;
• Perform inter-companies reconciliation;
• Handle general administration duties;
• Other ad hoc assignments assigned by accounting manager and financial controller.

Requirements:

• Form 5 with LCCI intermediate or above;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts preferably in manufacturing and trading;
• Proficiency in MS Office application, Chinese word processing, knowledge in application of MYOB is highly preferred;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Immediate availability is an advantage;
• More experience will be considered as Accountant.
