Due to our expansion in Asia Pacific, we are recruiting Regional Consultant for our Hong Kong Office. We are encouraging high caliber candidate to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle from screening, interviewing presenting of candidates in order to match the relevant role for clients.

• Achieve billing targets through completion of assignment.
• Deliver first class service standard to our clients and candidates
• Maintain our existing client base and expanding new clients.
• Able to win, grow and retain relationships through your ability to present yourself, your professional approach, judgment and commercial acumen
• A customer focused attitude, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and candidates at all levels of management from global multinationals
• Develop and maintain relationships in a team work environment

Requirements:

• University graduate in any disciplines.
• At least 3 years of work experience ideally (candidates with less experience will still be considered)
• Enjoy meeting and contacting new people at all levels on a daily basis
• A good sense of priorities, strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage assignments from start to finish
• Enjoy multi culture working environment
• Proficient in verbal and written English. Mandarin will be a definite advantage.
• Experience in the search or recruitment industry is not necessary as on job training will be provided.
• High level of integrity and business ethics, without exception.
