Requirement

• Minimum 15 years relevant working experience, in which it must have at least 5 years experience at managerial level;
• Having strong fabrics knowledge in theoretical base with solid and practical application experience in the process of production of woven and knitting products, and operations as well;
• Having strong technical skill in dealing with dyeing and weaving products pragmatically;
• Having strong management and leadership capability in achieving all assigned objectives and tasks effectively and efficiently;
• Frequent travel to and short term station in China or overseas countries is a must;
• Work under high pressure and tight schedule is perquisite requirement for good performance

Job Description

• To  develop  key  fabrics  items  every  year  based  on the needs of  customers and markets;
• To  effectively  monitor  and  manage  the overall performance of all fabrics suppliers;
• To reinforce fabrics management by application of data management and modernized ways;
• To  set  up  a mechanism / program for ensuring a full utilization on fabrics at all time;
• To set up an internal fabrics testing centre;
• To  give full support to users’ department by resolving all issues or problems related to fabrics matters;
• To  set  up  an  effective  assessment  system for selecting suitable fabrics  suppliers  as  long-term  business  partners, as well as for executing fabrics supply chain strategy effectively;
• To  ensure  adequate  support  and  assistance  given  to  Production Department  concerned  for  resolving all fabrics problems related to production;
