Job Description

DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT

Applications are invited for a Lecturer position in Human Resources Management (HRM). The Department is seeking a candidate with professional experience in HRM and some teaching experience at higher education or professional levels. Teaching expertise in HRM subjects is essential for this position, and the ability to teach subjects such as business communication, business ethics would be an advantage.

Applicants should possess a higher degree, preferably a PhD Degree, with relevant experience. Those with good contacts in the professional HRM community are particularly welcome.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract commencing September 2014. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
