Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and BOM cost analysis on programs for price negotiation with customers
• Follow up sales order and co-ordinate shipment schedule
• Manage & coordinate changes in schedule between customers & the factory in order to fulfill customers’ orders
• Handle customer complaints about delivery & commitment
• Prepare business report for management review
• Maintain ERP system regularly

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering or Business related discipline
• At least 4 years’ experience in sales, sales administration and / or customer service, with relevant exposure in manufacturing industry is preferred
• Capable of handling tasks in tight schedule, adaptable to change with ability to plan and work independently
• Knowledge in handling BOM cost analysis & Oracle ERP system
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office application
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
