Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement programs for our manufacturing plants as well as ensuring that we are in compliance with the pre-defined product quality standards and customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead to establish, implement and maintain the quality system and review the quality improvement procedures on a regular basis
• Roll out the quality improvement programs by applying quality related / Six Sigma tools and methodologies to all manufacturing plants
• Coach and develop holders of Six Sigma Belts to drive and implement quality improvement projects
• Align and support Six Sigma deployment strategies and operational strategies
• Support SBU/Plant Quality teams to examine day-to-day process issues and recommend follow-up actions and solutions as and when necessary
• Provide training programs for plant operation staff to strengthen mentality on product quality and roles of change agent

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years solid experience in quality assurance, in which 3 years at management level gained from sizeable organizations
• Black Belt certification, with solid Six Sigma implementation experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with relevant international safety standards and quality systems, such as UL, UN, ISO, TQM, Green Manufacturing
• Sound knowledge on various quality management tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
• Good leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Frequent travel to Mainland China is required
