The incumbent is responsible to assist the Quality Assurance Manager to uphold and maintain the quality standard of airline meals and services provided by the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the quality assurance system to maintain the hygiene & quality standard of products and services.
• Carry out regular inspection and prepare reports and analyzed statistics for operation review.
• Conduct trouble-shooting work and organize feasible corrective actions.
• Responsible to ensure the proper performance of the “Just in Time” practice and adequate resources allocation on production process to meet operational needs.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager to conduct training or relative activities to arouse the awareness of staff.
• Verify the operational process and perform data analysis for continuous improvement
• Supervise and promote safety and quality standards at workplace.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food Science or Technology or other related disciplines.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and HACCP and practical knowledge of quality management systems
• At least 1 year related experience in Food related industry.
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese.
• Effective communication and organization skills.
• Flexible to work during non-office hours, weekend and public holidays (if necessary).
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
