The Job:

• Coordinate closely with merchandising teams on order requirements, and carry out quality inspection activities in the offshore factories in Asia to ensure compliance with the requirements;

• Act as a team leader and manage the assigned offshore location’s local QA quality team’s inspection schedule and activities, review inspection reports, monitor and develop quality process and control to ensure that our product quality consistently meets and exceeds client’s expectations;

• Oversee manufacturing processes and inspection to contribute to achieve QA objectives, such as monitoring the factory improvement, reducing pre-shipment inspection failures and US bounce inspection rate, etc.

• Identify, address and resolve any quality issues, and timely communication to the management and stakeholders;

• Provide quality improvements advice upfront in pre-production meeting; Review and continuously improve QA/QC work processes and develop corrective and preventive plans when required;

• Conduct factory audit and training when required; and

• Timely prepare up-to-date QC inspection and related reports for management.

The Person:

• Completion of Form 5 or above;

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in the supervisory role. Prior inspection experience in South East Asia countries and in manufacturing an advantage.

• Solid inspection experience in woven and knit items, including Mens & Ladies outerwears a must;

• Prior experience in hardlines products such as backpacks, bags, footwear preferred;

• Timely and professional, ability to uphold high standard of business code of conduct;

• Good understandingof QC inspection process and ability to perform inspections independently;

• Strong sense of responsibility and a team player. Hardworking and is able to work under high work pressure;

• Detailed-oriented, good problem solving & decision making skills.

• Well versed in PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, Word and Outlook;

• Good command of communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Willing to travel frequently (Over 70%).
