Responsibilities:

- Strategic accounting and financial planning for the group

- Timely and quality accounting and finance functions for the group 

- Day-to-day operations of the accounts departments in HK and China

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting

- Proven professional competency and managerial ability

- Held senior management positions at large audit firms and listed companies for over 8 years

- Solid PRC taxation, financing and accounting experience plus property development exposures

- Good spoken and written communications skills in English and Chinese Putonghua
