Finance Manager  (Ref # : JC-FM-20140427)

Our client is an established Hong Kong based construction company, engaged in supplying bespoke products to prestige developments, both in Hong Kong and internationally. Due to their business expansion, they are cordially inviting high caliber talent to join their organisation.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the financial statutory and financial reporting, budgeting, auditing and tax planning
• Liaise with the auditors, banks and regulatory authorities
• Provide full financial reports, analysis and information, timely and accurately to the Board
• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory regulations, audit and tax requirements
• Implement financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures, and recommend strategy and appropriate action plans
• Managing a team of ten finance staff across the region you will ensure compliance with all local statutory accounting and taxation standards through the maintenance and implementation of controls and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified finance professional and Degree holder in relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years financial management experience with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity.
• Familiar with accounting standards, and other statutory requirements
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
