Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading a team to establish commitment to excellence and higher service levels
• Formulation and execution of business strategies to maximize business growth
• Establish annual and seasonal sales budget, supervise and execute merchandising, marketing and operation plans to achieve those targets through leading and working closely with respective team managers
• Take care of design / development and sampling through to production
• Define, implement and monitor all sourcing strategies through identification of key vendors 

Requirements :

• Degree with MBA preferred
• At least 10 years' relevant working experience in the footwear industry
• Proven record of accomplishment in the footwear industry
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to station at Shenzhen Office
