Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to: conference room booking, price research and quotations, stationery/premium order,
  • Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services
  • Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, greeting/serving clients.
  • Arrange flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
  • Provide clerical support to Executive Assistant and Human Resources department, including data entry, filing, record keeping, and company events.
  • Supervise office assistants and assist in coordinating their daily schedule.
  • Assist to review and formulate administrative policy and procedure
  • Manage and source suppliers in all office administration supports, including office utilities, property management, printing service and courier service etc.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and related coordination duties
  • Manage ad-hoc assignments timely and independently.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 3 years experience in receptionist or general administration functions.
  • Experience in HR field is an advantage.
  • Excellent telephone manner is a must.
  • Proficient in PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Internet).
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently and respond quickly to changing demands and priorities.
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
