Responsibilities:

Assist in Project Development

• Provide coordination, editorial and secretarial support in Company’s facilities upgrade project
• Assist in development of project documentation, e.g. Project Plan, User
  Requirement Specifications, and Change Control documents.
• Monitors and ensure project’s adherence to planned schedule and deadlines

Assist in Management Work

• Provide secretarial/clerical support to Management like preparation of reports, official letters and spreadsheet
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder, preferable in life science or pharmaceuticals related subject
• 2 years working experience in project management preferable in GMP operations;
• Knowledge in GMP operations and requirements is an advantage;
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill, able to meet deadline;
• Diligent, strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills;
