Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts and generating accounting reports
• Monitor daily and monthly cash position
• Responsible for payments, receipts and data entry
• Preparing documents such as invoices and receipts
• Ensuing timely debt collections
• Bank Transactions – local and overseas
• Assist in preparation of management analysis
• Maintaining company secretarial records
• Assisting in ad hoc office support work

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with entry level of HKICPA/ACCA or related disciplines
• Good command of English is a must
• Experience in handling overseas transactions essential
• Knowledge of MYOB and accounting software an advantage
• Experience in tax and company secretarial work an advantage
• Independent
• Hands-on experience in accounting and administration
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
