Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and service requests 
  • Coordinate with working partners to ensure timely delivery of quality translation projects
  • Provide ad hoc operations support as necessary

Requirement:

  • F.7 or above with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries
  • Pleasant with good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and excellent service attitude
  • Well-organized, highly reliable, independent, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working environment
  • Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Working experience in financial translation industry would be a definite advantage
  • Immediately available preferred
