- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, personnel file and HR record, payroll, MPF, tax return, leave record, employee compensation and performance management
- Review, formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
- Responsible to full spectrum of office administrative duties
- Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, stationery and accessories
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resources management or related discipline
- At least 5 years in HR & Administration management from retail or FMCG background
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Taxation and MPF Ordinance;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills;
- Independent, analytical and a good team player;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule;
- Good PC skills and knowledge;
- Immediate available is preferred.
