Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, personnel file and HR record, payroll, MPF, tax return, leave record, employee compensation and performance management
• Review, formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures
• Responsible to full spectrum of office administrative duties
• Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, stationery and accessories

Requirement

• Degree in Human Resources management or related discipline
• At least 5 years in HR & Administration management from retail or FMCG background
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Taxation and MPF Ordinance;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills;
• Independent, analytical and a good team player;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule;

• Good PC skills and knowledge;
• Immediate available is preferred.
