Responsibilities

• To lead and supervise the R&D department with 5 product designers and product engineers.
• To research and procure concepts and ideas for products suitable for the markets.
• To coordinate and support technical expertise to production department in maximizing production efficiency and maintain high quality of product.
• To solve problems and quick response on quality.
• To station in Guangdong factory, accommodation is provided.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher diploma or above in mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years or above management experience in product design and product development.
• Sound experience in supervising product designers and project engineers.
• Familiar with usage and ingredients of the steel,zinc alloy and plastic materials.
• Familiar with locks industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge in AutoCadis a must, Solidwork preferred.
• Good communication skill in written & spoken English, and Mandarin.
