Assist the Building Surveyor in operation, maintenance and improvement works of building fabric and plumbing & drainage installations of a commercial complex.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Building Surveyor in building fabric/structure and plumbing & drainage operation, maintenance and improvement works 
• Assist in managing tenants’ fit-out works, particularly architectural, building fabric and plumbing & drainage works
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance and A&A works carried out by contractors
• Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service, operation and routine/emergency maintenance
• Assist the Building Surveyor in budget control
• Compile up-to-date tenancy and operation & maintenance records/drawings

 Job Specification:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, or related discipline 
• At least 3 years' relevant experience 
• Good interpersonal skills and self-driven 
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Auto CAD
