Job Description

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above.
  • 3 years of health care or medical insurance experience, preferably in provider relations nature
  • Good organization skills in maintaining and managing insurance contracts / billing agreements.
  • With experience in service industry and customer service
  • Demonstrate good communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to details and excellent follow through on work tasks.
  • Ability to handle multitude of tasks at one time.
  • Demonstrate initiative and willingness to accept responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin and Japanese are preferred but not necessary. Other languages will be an advantage).
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and basic computer skill is a must.
  • Knowledge of Chinese input is an advantage.
