• As a ‘Leader’ to lead a team of shipping staffs in both Hong Kong and China to maintain high productivity & service level, cost efficient logistic operations compliant with company policies, procedures and internal control requirement.
• As a ‘Driver’ to initiate solutions to improve the processes and system in a scalable, high precision and cost effective manner.
• As a ‘Coacher’ to provide appropriate guidance to the team members to ensure operation requirements against the KPI and SLA
• As a ‘Planner’ to plan and mobilize all the resources including workforce, space, equipment and technology to meet the dynamic demand from world class customers.
• As a ‘Learner’ to keep updating himself or herself, and the Logistic Department thus to catching up the latest customs rules and regulations, safety requirements and customers supply chain procedures.
• As a ‘Communicator’ to keep good relations with other departments and most important the customers by communicating effectively.

Working experience and skills:

• Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management or related business disciplines
• Minimum 10 years experience in shipping operations with at least 5 years in managerial position
• Must possess strong leadership skills,flexibility,initative, and the ability to think creatively.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent organization and time management skills,
• Be self-motivated and energetic.
• Analytical, strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience in watch industry would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound managerial and analytical mind with good business acumen and “hands-on” approach are essential
• Ability to tackle additional duties and challenges as the firm continues to grow rapidly
• Knowledge in ERP system is preferably
