Requirements :

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience in the Apparel industry, specializing in Production or Quality Manufacturing
• Proven record of accomplishment in the field of Apparel Manufacturing and /or Quality Management 
• Ability to setup production lines, run factories / production to a high degree of efficiency and quality performance by using best apparel manufacturing industry practice and standard
• Result oriented, detailed mind, strong analysis and problem solving skills
• High level of integrity and communication skills to build rapport with internal teams
• Can work and communicate well with people of all races
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Frequent travelling is required
