Responsibilities:

• Lead & guide the development of concepts, strategies, planning, implementation and coordination for eCommerce
• Ensure all business, functional and technical requirements pertaining to execution of eCommerce initiatives are accurately delivered
• Establish full life-cycle project management on eCommerce projects including analysis & documentation of business requirements, scoping, scheduling, functional team handoffs, strategic planning and work closely with technical departments for developing functional & technical specifications
• Build & lead eCommerce Competence Center to develop solutions and act as expert to support company’s eCommerce strategy & partnerships
• Initiate and implement new sales & marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability, elevate distributors & direct partners purchasing experience as well as supporting development of partners’ eCommerce capabilities
• Determine and measure key success metrics for eCommerce initiatives, leverage data and insights to make data-driven changes & improvements in overall programs and monitor success over time
• Manage a small team of direct reports to achieve objectives
• Present on projects & processes to Executive Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Science / Business Administration, MBA is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
• At least 15 years of related business experience with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in eCommerce B2B / B2C organizations
• In-depth understanding & experience with web analytics tools, PPC, online marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, paid search, affiliate, CPA, email & other media
• Ability to lead & motivate a team, drive and support cross-functional teams to deliver shared results
• Proven track record of developing & maintaining strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to conduct sophisticated & creative analysis, translate results to digestible messages, communications & presentations
• Ability to be productive with minimal supervision, results oriented and able to move forward without complete information
• Flexibility on frequent international travel
