Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • to advise on, coordinate and conduct practical skills assessments of care worker related training courses;
  • to develop, implement and maintain quality assurance measures in relation to practical skills assessments of care worker related training courses; and
  • to assist in managing part-time practical skills assessors and assessment facilities.

Entry Requirements:

  • holder of the Certificate of Registered Nurse (General) and a valid practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
  • minimum 7 years of experience in nursing care;
  • rich experience as midwife, or in Paediatrics, or Obstetrics, or Geriatrics preferred;
  • good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, and fluent Putonghua would be an advantage;
  • good team spirit, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting skills; and
  • experience in teaching, training and assessment would be an advantage.
Remuneration and Terms:
  • The ERB is an equal opportunity employer. The successful candidates will be appointed initially on a 2-year contract, and subject to extension by mutual agreement.
