Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- to advise on, coordinate and conduct practical skills assessments of care worker related training courses;
- to develop, implement and maintain quality assurance measures in relation to practical skills assessments of care worker related training courses; and
- to assist in managing part-time practical skills assessors and assessment facilities.
Entry Requirements:
- holder of the Certificate of Registered Nurse (General) and a valid practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
- minimum 7 years of experience in nursing care;
- rich experience as midwife, or in Paediatrics, or Obstetrics, or Geriatrics preferred;
- good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, and fluent Putonghua would be an advantage;
- good team spirit, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting skills; and
- experience in teaching, training and assessment would be an advantage.
