Job Descriptions:

• Assist in tenancy administration including negotiation on leasing terms, fit-out and maintenance 
• Help in market research, formulate and execute leasing strategies
• Liaise with Property Management Office, contractors/vendors and internal departments for shop opening & maintenance projects

Requirements:

• High Diploma or higher qualification, preferable in Surveying, Real Estate, Property/Facility Management or related discipline
• 0-2 years experience in leasing or property management
• Mature with strong negotiation skills
• Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, good command of Putonghua
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
