Requirements:

• At least 3 years' managerial experience in fashion retail with proven track record
• Be strong at motivating to achieve the sales target & delivering outstanding service
• Able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment
• With excellent leadership, people management and staff development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion in retail and fashion

* Candidates with more experience will be considered as Co-Manager
