A unique opportunity has arisen for a Product Marketing Manager to join one of the leading Home Appliance company in USA, the position is based in Hong Kong, and report directly to the Director in HK.

Responsible
1, Research and Analysis

• Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
• Identify key competitor and consumer trends

2, Product Planning and Management

• Develop and maintain 3 year product roadmaps for each market
• Define product strategy and recommend product direction
• Define and prioritize product requirements, determine product specifications, features and functionality

3, Product Marketing

• Develop product marketing plan and plan product launch
• Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise, supply sales with latest research and marketing information

Team

• This is newly set-up team in HK, report line should be Director directly, depends on performance the team personnel will be increase in the future, there are very flexible envelopment.

Key Requirements

• At least 7 years hands-on and practical experience in marketing and product development
• Products Experience of home appliances ( ex, iron, food manufacturing equipment, shaver, electric fan, small utensil heating, water heater, coffee pot, blender, toaster, cookware, pet care products, weight scale, etc..)
• Excellent communication in both English, Chinese
• Possess global vision and willing to travel
