Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse assistants to perform daily logistics operation
• Initiate and implement improvement planning to enhance warehouse operation efficiency
• Ensure all related processes and procedures are in full compliance of company policies & standard
• Compile and monitor KPIs to benchmark & exceed market standard
• Maintain good customer service and relationship with internal & external clients
• Fully understand clients’ needs and identify logistics requirements
• Familiar with value-added service process & resources planning

Requirement

• Professional Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent
• At least 4 years’ experience in logistics operation or warehouse management, with 1 to 2 years in supervisory level
• Strong knowledge in ERP or WMS
• Hands-on PC skills in Access and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature, well-organized and customer-oriented
• Good communication, problem solving and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
