Job Scope:

• Maintain effective relationship with the customer and respond to customer’s request
• Assist in business development, customer service and marketing work
• Analyze and compile statistical reports to corporate customers
• Prepare service proposals according to customers’ needs
• Participates in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology , Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• 2 years sales & marketing experience preferably in business sector or HR consulting field
• Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded and self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Sound proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Candidate with more business development and marketing experience will be considered as Business Development Manager
