Job Description

About the role

Your role will be to ensure all centralised documents and publications supporting our certification services are accurate, up to date and presented in a user friendly manner for the region. You will also be responsible for making sure that all information for both accredited and non-accredited businesses are available through the Business Management System. An essential part of your role will be to work with the Asia Pacific Compliance and Risk Director to review and consolidate country monthly reports and Risk Maps to identify key areas of concern and understand where improvements that can be made.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working with a team across several different countries and cultures. Ideally you will be educated to degree level, have working knowledge of using business systems and experience in effective document management. You need to thrive in a process driven environment and have an eye for detail. You must have good verbal and written communication skills, be an enthusiastic team player and have excellent time management and planning skills. Good IT skills are essential and experience in accreditation or certification matter would be an advantage. You will be fluent in writing and speaking in English, speaking Mandarin would also be an advantage
