Job Duties :

• Perform pre and post contract quantity surveying services
• Provide contract administration and procurement support
• Prepare budget estimation and tendering documents
• Responsible for tender presentation, IP, VO and final account handling

Job Requirements :

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• 3 years relevant working experience is preferred, less experience would be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage
• Good at communication, sub-contracting and price negotiate skill
• Experience in contract administration and claims handling
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
