Requirement:

• Higher diploma in computer graphic design and technology / architectural technology and interior design / in-house working experience in architectural firm or related disciplines
• Familiar on architectural rendering / animation industry is an advantage
• Team work experience, Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible with good communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
• Project planning
• Knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD／3D Studio Max & Photoshop preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Responsibility

• Project meeting with marketing staff and client;
• Hands on modeling and rendering production.
• Prepare project planning schedule
• Communicate with client on possibility of project
• Project management including journal record, project control.
• Quality control, prepare project confirmation record
• Assist on cost control
