Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of e-learning industry, tools and standards
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Motivated to produce consistently high quality output in the development of online courses
• Excellent technology skills with an interest in web technologies for learning
• Proficiency in the use of online learning environments, portals and other learning technologies
• Familiarity with the support and development of commercially focused learning technology
• Knowledge of current instructional theories for collaborative online learning with web-based tools
• Knowledge of web-based learning, e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM, AICC), virtual learning, mobile learning and improving face to face delivery
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems is essential

• Ability to work to tight deadlines on a diverse range of projects
• Someone with an appreciation for and interest in e-learning
• A passion for quality in course content and customer service
• Strong client relationship skills, excellent communication and listening skills
• The ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to work unsupervised as well as providing support to others within the team is essential.
