Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or above
• 1 years helpdesk or related experience
• Good knowledge in Windows XP,Vista,Windows7 and Mac OS
• Basic understanding in Windows Server 2003/2008 and TCPIP networking
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Good command in English, Mandarin is an absolute advantage 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 1^st tier helpdesk and deskside support 
• IP Phone Administration
• Basic system backup and LAN support
• Responsible for IT asset management
• Work with Regional IT team and other offices to provide stable infrastructure services
• (5 days work)
