Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years related experience
• Understand and operate test equipment
• Willing to travel
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Good spoken and written english and chinese
• Self initiative - Mature and responsible

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily submission & perform physical testing of materials in accordance with ASTM and AATCC test methods
• Review and evaluate test results against with sign-off specification & supplier internal lab test result
• Review and evaluate 3rd party lab test results
• Point out the high fail percentage material for improvement and monitoring the issue status
• Follow up with raw material quqlity issue till problem resolves
• Communicate evaluation result to material suppliers, contractors and related parties, on-site review and visit when needed
• Compare test results among suppliers and test labs to ensure measurement correlation
• Keep a history of test results and monitor material performance
• Responsible to maintain production flow and set priorities of physical testing in the lab
• Ensure that production submits are answered in a timely manner
