Our client, a famous Japanese telecommunications network and system company, is now looking for high caliber candidates to join them.

Job Responsibilities

• Pre-sales activity with sales of IT solution product/service;
• Project scheduling, tracking, and reporting;
• Maintain technical support documents include site documentation, network diagrams;
• Hardware/software inventory, installation and configuration guides, etc;
• Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation of routers/switches, firewall, Server and PC equipment's;
• Troubleshooting of Software, Hardware & Network Enquiries;
• Provide technical support to customers;
• Development of IT solution product/service;
• Finish project on time with quality;

Requirements

• Post-secondary graduate in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines.
• System administration experience on MS and Linux platforms are essential.
• At least 3 years relevant experiences.
• PMP, CCNP, MCSE, VCP certifications preferred.
• Network / server troubleshooting skills and experience.
• Project Management skills.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.
