Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation and maintenance team
• Plan and control all phases of development projects in the system development life cycle including definition study, system analysis and design, implementation on client-server systems and web-based systems in the large-scale system environment;
• Provide technical consultancy services on operating systems, data communication, database, application software and languages; and
• Advise and liaise with users on matters related to and interfaced with project development initiation and on computer-related activities.
• Responsible for project coordination/management
• Coordination between the clients, vendors, internal and external parties
• Monitor and communicate with project stakeholders for project progress and milestones  in a timely and efficient manner
  

Job Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in IT & Telecommunications industry of which at least 2 years in product development, product management or project management roles. Experience in Online Shopping or Online Video Broadcasting or Mobile Gaming (購物網或視頻或棋牌類遊戲) should be an advantage.
• Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
• Candidates who hold certificate of PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE 2 is an advantage
• Excellent problem solver for project life cycle
• Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently under tight project schedule
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken); fluent in Putonghua is a must
