Major Job Duties:

• Develop and drive teamwork within stores. Lead, coach and motivate store managers & associates in their assigned territories to achieve the company’s objectives and KPIs
• Build a successful store team by placing the right individuals into the appropriate team to provide support and coaching constantly to raise the bar
• Verify stores’ day-to-day operational efficiency & productivity through regular store tours to keep track of SOP workflow and guidelines. Manage and upkeep the conditions of all equipment, fixtures and facilities of store premises
• Keep the market pulse and continuously drive the business by analysing key financial data, competitors, market trends, and provide frequent feedback to management and property team to benefit overall retail development plan
• Work closely with other functional peers, such as IT, CRM, VM, Professional Service and Product teams to drive overall operational efficiency and team synergy etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines
• 5 years or above Retail and Wholesale managerial experiences in Fashion, Consumer Goods or Optical industries, minimum 3 years team management
• Strong understanding of retail industry with passion in optical products
• Excellent organizational, leadership and coaching skills
• Strong team building and management skills
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
