SHIPPING CLERK - TEMP POSITION 3 TO 5 MONTHS

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred but no essential
• At least  2 years in trading company / manufacturing / buying office relevant working experience
• Knowledge of PRC I/E documentation & procedures
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit procedures
• Knowledge in EU and USA  market in bound transportation procedure is preferable
• Responsible, detail –minded, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to work independently and under pressure, to manage and achieve tight deadlines.
• Strong PC skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Good English is a must, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

 Duties:

• Data entry in the operating system
• Responsible for all shipping arrangements with courier and forwarder companies
• Handle full set of shipping document
• Follow up orders & shipments, preparation shipping documents

This position is a TEMPORARY contract for a period of 3 to 5 months.

The position demands a confident and accurate command of both written and spoken English, and the ability to get things done to meet tight deadlines.  A proven knowledge of the market and/or willingness to learn is essential.
