Orders follow up
Ensure on time trims order placement and delivery to meet production schedule
Ensure the quality meets customers’ standards and requirements
Liaising and price negotiating with suppliers and buyers
Prepare quotation, sales invoice and related document
Inventory control and delivery arrangement
Perform clerical duties & coordinate supports to the merchandising team

Job Requirement

Polytechnic / IVE/ F.5 or above graduate in Merchandising, Garments, Textile or related discipline
At least 3 years relevant experience in garment manufacturers
Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
